'Star Wars: Boba Fett' Movie '100% Dead' — Report
Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy says the planned "Star Wars: Boba Fett" solo film is "100 percent dead," according to Erick Weber of Critic's Choice.
"Kathleen Kennedy just confirmed to me Boba Fett movie is 100 percent dead, 100 percent focusing on The Mandalorian," Weber tweeted.
"The Mandalorian" is the currently in production Star Wars television series planned for the Disney Play streaming service. It's unclear what if any aspects of the planned Boba Fett film could carry over to the TV series.
Disney Play is expected to launch in 2019, with "The Mandalorian" also planned for a 2019 debut.
