I am a Leverhulme Early Career Research Fellow in the School of Earth and Environment at the University of Leeds.

My research focuses on large scale macroevolutionary processes through deep time with a particular emphasis on the biogeography of mass extinction events and the accuracy of biodiversity data obtained from the fossil record.

I have a PhD in Geology from the University of Bristol and a Masters in Environmental Science from the University of Sheffield.
