    Firefly Aerospace to launch 'Ocula' moon-imaging service as early as 2026

    Firefly Aerospace plans to launch a new "lunar imaging service" called Ocula, which will collect detailed imagery using a set of moon-orbiting spacecraft.

    The NSF-DOE Vera C. Rubin Observatory, located on a mountaintop in Chile, seen in August 2024. Rubin will revolutionize the way we explore the cosmos. Using the largest camera ever built, Rubin will repeatedly scan the sky for 10 years and create an ultra-wide, ultra-high-definition, time-lapse record of our universe.
