CBS's New 'Star Trek: Discovery' Series Full Title, First Ship Footage Revealed
CBS has unveiled the surprise new title for its live-action Star Trek television series: "Star Trek: Discovery." U.S.S. Discovery is the name of the new starship which will be featured in the show according to executive producer Bryan Fuller.
"Star Trek: Discovery" will debut in January 2017 on CBS, with future episodes airing on CBS's new streaming service All Access. For those outside the U.S. and Canada, the episodes will appear on Netflix 24 hours after their All Access debut.
